Who is Ashley?

Creator of "Defined By Ashley"

I am Ashley Weaver.....a wife, a mom of two, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I'm a proud graduate of Michigan State University where I earned my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. Along with personal training,  I have instructed several group fitness classes, bootcamps, and taught Barre classes. I'm also a former NBA Dancer.  My love for fitness has also sparked my career in fitness lifestyle modeling. I have booked several national campaigns and worked for clients such as JcPenney, New Balance, Nike, Health Magazine, Shape Magazine, Advocare, Body, and I work with brands as an Influencer. 

Once I started my pregnancy journey, I wanted to make sure my workouts were completely safe so I decided to get a specialization in Perinatal Fitness to learn safe techniques. My goal is to make sure mommies are training safely and maintaining the integrity of their core and pelvic floor. 


I carefully apply  the knowledge and techniques I have learned through my studies as a Perinatal Specialist and CPT all while adding my own signature flare to my workouts for my clients!

I will coach you and give you the tools you need to create a healthier and stronger body. One of the most important aspects of fitness is nutrition. It's important to have proper nutrition to carry out daily tasks! Healthier food choices reduces brain fog, improve body composition, increases energy, improves skin and hair, and makes you feel better overall.

My mission is to give my clients exactly what they need. I design workouts to specifically target women's most troubled areas and focus on building strength from the inside out. Core strength and flexibility are most important for pregnancy and postpartum. Feeling confident and sexy is the most important in ANY woman's fitness journey!
